Property borders the outlet of White Lake, with water access for kayaks, canoes, SUP boards, fishing, etc. Close to trails for snowmobiling, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. 15 minutes south of Old Forge village for shopping, dining and McCauley Mountain for downhill skiing. Wood burning stove in the living room with a log futon which converts to a full size bed for additional sleeping. Living room has books and board games to enjoy by the warm wood stove. Hickory dining room table with seating for 4. One loft bedroom with a queen memory foam bed and plenty of storage space. One bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with island and additional island seating. Washer and dryer. Yard with hammock and fire pit. Pet friendly with notice and approval.
