Lovely villa in quiet mountain location

Caty's villa was really excellent, very comfortable and well equipped (including flyscreens on the windows). The location suited us well as we were doing lots of hiking in the hills. All the arrangements went smoothly, and we would definitely return again.

Superb!

The villa is exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable, with a lovely garden and pool. It has everything you would want for a good holiday. The owner and local host are both friendly and very responsive to any queries. It is in a wonderful location, quiet, well maintained, easy walk into Orba. It is a great place for cycling and hiking with superb routes from the door.

Lovely house

Fantastic views, very clean, really good size, plenty of outdoor seating and a great pool. An easy walk to the village or the excellent pizza restaurant 400m away. We would definitely return.

Excellent villa and just where we wanted to be

This villa is in the same village as we have family so was extremely convenient. The villa has fantastic outside space by the pool and on the lower patio. Everything we needed was available. Just a few minutes from the supermarket and close to a very good pizza restaurant. The inside space was great and the conservatory was a bonus. The aircon was needed and having fans was also useful. The villa was very well equipped and the only minor points were the televisions which were old and would not connect to phones, tablets or connect to the wi-fi to access Netflix. We would not hesitate to come again.

Beautiful Villa!

This lovely villa is situated in a peaceful rural setting. Spotlessly clean with really comfortable king size bed. Plenty of space for 4 people. Weather was really hot but only used air con in the bedroom at night. Plenty of places to sit in both sun and shade, with a beautiful large swimming pool. Villa was well appointed, although kitchen was a little dated and could do with an overhaul, but plenty of utensils and pots/pans etc. Local supermarket (Masymas) five minutes drive, small but very well stocked - amazing fresh fish and meat counters. We were told it was open on Sunday but it was closed. Car definitely required - took about 1 hour 10 from Alicante airport. If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday in the mountains with great weather then this is the place!

Das Villa liegt in einer tollen Lage und der Swimmingpool ist das Highlight.Die Einrichtung der Villa jedoch ist nicht akzeptabel.Es gab für uns nur 3 Liegen am Pool. Davon waren nur 2 zu benutzen, obwohl wir für 4 Erwachsene gebucht haben. Der dritte war sicherheitskritisch defekt. Risse in der Liegefläche.Die Sitzgarnitur am Pool im abgeschatteten Bereich zeigten vergleichbare Mängel. Beide Sessel waren sicherheitskritisch defekt.Die Reaktion der Eigentümerin war enttäuschend - das liege nicht an ihr sondern daran, daß ihr das niemand mitteilt. Und aktuell kann sie nichts machen.Das Angebot von uns, daß wir im Baumarkt 2 vergleichbare Liegen kaufen und sie das Geld erstattet wurde abgelehnt.Für 4 Erwachsene wurde pro Person nur ein Satz Handtücher, bestehend aus einem kleinen Handtuch und einem großen, für 14 Tage bereitgestellt.Der bitte um zusätzliche Handtücher wurde leider nicht entsprochen.Die Villa war sauber aber sehr abgewohnt.Für uns war das der schlechteste Aufenthalt, seit wir in den unterschiedlichsten Ländern Villen mieten.Schade.
Defekter Sessel - sicherheitskritisch.
3 Liegestühle, obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht haben.

Nous faisons suite à votre commentaire et sommes désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Toutefois, il est important de préciser que nous avons proposé deux solutions concrètes concernant le mobilier endommagé auxquelles vous n’avez pas daigné donner suite. En revanche, qualifier la villa de « délabrée » ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité. La maison est entretenue avec soin, régulièrement contrôlée, et accueillie proprement avant chaque arrivée, comme le confirment de nombreux autres voyageurs. Nous restons toujours disponibles pendant les séjours pour résoudre tout problème rencontré, et il est regrettable que votre commentaire ne reflète pas fidèlement l’ensemble des échanges ni l’état réel de la villa.

Belle villa avec piscine

L’emplacement et le quartier sont très calmes, ce qui est parfait pour se reposer. La piscine est de belle dimension, entretenue deux fois par semaine, et la terrasse attenante agréable. Il y a plusieurs escaliers à emprunter afin d’accéder au rez-de-chaussée. Vous pouvez stationner à l’intérieur de la propriété, le véhicule étant en sus protégé par un carport. La villa est située plutôt sur les extérieurs d’Orba, donc un véhicule est indispensable pour accéder rapidement aux commerces du centre-ville, ainsi qu’aux plages de Dénia ou de Calp.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation war in Ordnung. Vor Ort wurden wir nett empfangen. Die Siedlung ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Guter Platz für unser Auto. Küche in Ordnung und alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Großes Wohn und Esszimmer. Nur spanische Sender, aber wir haben kein TV gesehen. Schlafzimmer beide in Ordnung. Sehr ruhig. Gut geschlafen. Toller Wintergarten zum entspannt Lesen, wenn es draußen nicht so schön ist. Terrasse sehr großflächig. Pool super mit Außendusche. Grill vorhanden. Gute Pizzeria 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wlan in Ordnung. Checkout ebenfalls prima. Waschmaschiene vorhanden, war auch super. Schöne Gegend für Wanderungen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist dort sehr sauber, alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Highlight ist der große Pool und das Außengelände, wo wir viele Stunden verbracht haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Serviceagentur vor Ort war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter.

Pleasant Villa. Great location.

Excellent location for Orba Village. The villa catered to most of our needs, inside was spotlessly clean, the pool great. The outside could do with a little maintenance but Caty, the owner, assured us this would be dealt with. Caty responded to all our enquiries beforehand immediately and also during our stay. We would definitely recommend the villa.
