Bright apartment in the heart of Saint Jean Montclar Station
Cozy apartment located in the resort of Saint Jean Montclar, on the third and last floor of a small wooden building.
The ski lifts are accessible on foot within the station. Close to all shops, nursery, daycare, post office, Piou-Piou track.
Clean, spacious and bright apartment consisting of a bedroom and its double bed, a south-west facing living room with a sofa bed and a sofa bed, balcony with a view of the fields, fully equipped kitchen and ample furniture (plates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pierrade, raclette machine, pressure cooker, giraffe ...), bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Sheets and towels not provided.
Board games, books, tennis rackets available.
Ideal family and friends. However, it is essential to respect the calm and tranquility of the joint ownership.
Saint-Vincent-les-Forts 5 min (paragliding), Serre-Ponçon lake 15 min, near Barcelonette and resorts in the Ubaye valley.
Christmas holidays: € 450 per week (rented from Saturday to Saturday)
Winter holidays: 550 € per week
Other periods: between 300 € and 400 € per week.
