This stunning ground floor villa is decorated in a relaxing upscale coastal style and you'll love all the coastal touches throughout. Relax in your open floor plan great room on your brand new queen sized sofa sleeper with two coordinating leather recliners. There is also a "surf" themed swivel chair. Your main TV is great for movie night or watching the big game with Roku Streaming TV in HD. Don't forget to bring all your devices because we provide Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property, too. You can surf by the surf!

Step out your great room sliding door and enjoy your private covered main patio. Being on the ground floor is a big perk in this villa. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages as you relax your day away.

Your modern kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. This kitchen is sure to amaze with high end cabinetry and granite counter tops with modern light fixtures and stainless appliances. Your private en-suite main bathroom has a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things. The separate dressing and vanity area are are just part of your spa like bathroom. After a long day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the elegantly tiled walk in shower and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

Your Calm Seas Second Bedroom Suite features two queen size beds with two separate closets and a second covered patio of its very own. You have your own TV with Roku here as well. Your second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and also has an entry from the hall making it convenient for those sleeping on the sleeper in the great room. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a toilet and a beautiful single vanity. So modern and you'll feel like you are at the spa.

Parking is available directly in front of your condo. When you book with Emerald Beach Properties we register you for one parking-two additional passes can be purchased for an additional fee. Parking passes will be picked up by guests directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
