The beautiful house Can Olivo is a residence located in the Port of Alcudia, very close to the beach. The well-known sandy beach of Alcudia is only 500 meters away and just a few minutes' walk.



It is an independent two-story house with a very well-maintained and furnished outdoor area, so you can enjoy Mallorca's good weather.



On the first floor there is a covered terrace with plenty of light and a large table with 6 chairs where you can eat and have dinner. This terrace connects directly to the kitchen, which is independent and fully equipped. It also has a nice living room with comfortable sofas and a television.

Still on the ground floor, there are a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. And on the first floor there would be a second bathroom with shower and the third bedroom, also with a double bed and a spacious terrace with plenty of light, a desk and a sofa.

Both the living room and the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, the house has wifi connection.



The house is located in a very quiet residential area, while still being close to the beach and the main avenue, full of good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Therefore, you can enjoy a vacation without needing to rent a car.

Close to the beach ⛱️. A lot of shops and restaurants around. We had a great time. Alcudia has the best beach. Also you can park your car in the courtyard.

Family stay in Can Olivo

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Mallorca. The home is beautifully equipped and had everything we needed during our trip. We especially appreciated the citrus trees and the beautiful glazed patio, which added so much charm and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect and very close to both the beach and restaurants, while being on a quiet side street, which gave us a real sense of peace and relaxation. The house has such a great atmosphere, and as a family we felt incredibly comfortable and happy there. We would gladly come back and highly recommend it to others.

Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week. It was beautiful, super clean, quite, had everything we needed including baby travel cot & high chair. Host was so kind and left some breakfast food & wine for our arrival, and allowed to have a late check-out. Good location close to the beach, supermarket & restaurants. Agency was very responsive and pleasant! Would gladly stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect holidays, we would come back

All in all, it's a solid house with everything needed for a nice vacation. The host is very responsive and answers within an hour. We asked for late checkout because of our flight which was agreed upon very transparently.

Top Haus

Das Haus war wirklich super eingerichtet. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab auch einen Griller und co. Wenn wir nach Alcudia reisen würden, würden wir jedenfalls wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus für 6 Personen

Gut eingerichtetes Haus mit schöner Terrasse, relativ ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Bei der Ankunft erstes Frühstück schon im Kühlschrank, das war sehr nett. Die Betten sind relativ weich und im unteren Bad könnte man den Haarfön austauschen, dieser wird sehr heiß und ist extrem laut.

Bel appartement, belle situation

La maison est idéal pour 2 à 3 couples ou couple avec enfants. Agréable et spacieuse. Le frigo n'était pas vide, ce qui nous a permis de grignoter avant de faire nos courses. Nombreux commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied. Plage à 10 min max à pied. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les transports en commun, mais nous avons remarqué qu'ils était nombreux. Difficile de s'ennuyer à Alcudia. Je recommande

Geräumiges Haus mit leichten Abstrichen

Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Parteien, wir sind bspw. mit den Großeltern verreist, die oben ihren eigenen Bereich mir Bad hatten. Der Wintergarten war perfekt fürs Frühstück/ Abendessen. Ausstattung der Küche ok, um einfach Speisen zuzubereiten. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine super, es gab sogar einen Sonnenschirm, den wir mit zum Strand nehmen konnten. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt auf der Auffahrt parken. Ein großer Grill ist vorhanden. Negativ: Leider wirkte der Außenbereich recht ungepflegt und sieht nicht so idyllisch aus wie auf den Fotos (unsere Reisezeit war Ende August/ Anfang September). Leider roch es in zwei der Schlafzimmer sehr muffig, wer dort empfindlich ist, sollte die Unterkunft lieber nicht buchen. Die Klimaanlagen haben weitestgehend funktioniert, in einem Zimmer war sie nur sehr schwach. Die Nachbarschaft ist in Ordnung, wir fanden es recht laut, sodass wir nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten, aber das kann auch an den Feriengästen in Nachbarhaus gelegen haben. Einige Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe. Wir sind lieber 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Altstadt von Alcudia gefahren. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, vo

Ein schönes, ruhiges Zuhause mit einigen Mängeln

Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und man hat viele Möglichkeiten, auch das Drumherum zu genießen. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns gefallen, jedoch ist einiges verbesserungswürdig. In der Küche fehlt eine brauchbare Kaffeemaschine, die Zitronenpresse war kaputt und somit unbrauchbar - wir haben eine gekauft und auch dort gelassen. Das Salatbesteck war kaputt. Beim Geschirr sollte man nachbessern, die Trinkbecher wurden auf Bitte von uns dann erneuert. Beim Toaster fehlt der Brötchenaufsatz, die Brötchen waren sehr schnell verbrannt. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr durchgesessen und ungemütlich. Die Metallstühle im Wintergarten, der übrigens sehr schön ist, sind so unbequem, daß man nicht lange darauf sitzen konnte. Im beiden Bädern sind keine Haken für die Handtücher, es war in beiden Bädern kein Halter für das Toilettenpapier, in den Duschen keine Ablage, kein Haltegriff. Die Toilettenschüsseln selbst waren braun (innen). Außerdem wären Schminkspiegel angebracht, wichtig bei den Damen! Die Zimmertüren schleifen im Bad unten als auch die im Schlafzimmer unten rechts. Die Eingangstür schleift. Im Schlafzimmer unten rechts war keine Nachttischlampe, diese wurde aus dem Zimmer links dort hineingestellt (dort waren 2 Lampen). Keine Stuhlablagen in den Schlafzimmern, wo man abends seine Kleidung hinlegen konnte. Das Bett im obigen Schlafzimmer knarrt so laut, daß man es unten hören kann. Außerdem gab es nur ein paar Hausschlüssel, keine Hinweis für Fernseherprogramm oder Klima Man hat sich sicherlich von Seiten der Eigentümer einige Mühe gemacht im Haus und auch außerhalb im Garten und eigentlich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den 2 Wochen. Es wäre schön, wenn unsere Anregungen umgesetzt werden könnten, denn wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Schönes und sauberes Haus, in idealer Lage. Der Strand ist wunderschön und sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern geeignet! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist ausgezeichnet und die Besitzerin selbst ist sehr aufmerksam, vielen Dank!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit den kleinen Enkeln

Sehr schönes gepflegtes,perfekt ausgestattet Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend,sehr geeignet für Kleinkinder durch das abgeschlossene Grundstück.Sehr erfreulich die Sonnenschirme für den Strand und den kleinen aufblasbaren Kinderpool! Auch die Aussendusche war toll nach einem heißen Strandtag.Der Weg zum Strand war mit Kleinkindern in ca 15 Min. zu bewältigen.Danke auch für den gefüllten Kühlschrank als Willkommensgruss! Sogar eine gute Flasche Wein war dabei! Service war sehr freundlich. Einzig die gierigen Mückenschwarme abends waren etwas lästig.Sonst eine sehr empfehlenswerte Location!
