About this property

Boho Beach House

Feel welcome every time you enter this bright new townhouse. The spacious 1500 square foot house has plenty of space and offers 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master bedroom has it's own bathroom. This home is in a new subdivision and is walking distance to the beach and the main town road of restaurants and amenities. Please NOTE: In Peak season it is preferred weekly bookings are Sunday to Sunday to properly accommodate the housekeeping schedule.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is a new build and tastefully decorated for your Crystal Beach vacation! Each room in this home has been thoughtfully outfitted and for maximum comfort. We are located right next to the main strip called Erie Road that has all the shops and restaurants and less than a 10 minute walk to the Bay Beach entrance and a 3 minute walk from Crystal Beach Waterfront Park.

This 1500 square foot home offers all of the amenities from home including a fully equipped kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, central air, unlimited Wifi, cable television and propane BBQ. We sleep up to 8 guests and prefer a maximum of 4 adults per stay.

Bed and bath layout is as follows:

Upper Level
Bedroom 1 – King bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – 2 sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4)
Full bath and a master bath

Outside, we have a a patio table , propane BBQ (seasonally May through October) and a small fire pit for evening marshmallows and hotdogs.

Only a short drive from the Peace Bridge and Niagara Falls, make this a superb location for local sightseeing and day trips. Enjoy our local activities like the historic Old Fort, Fort Erie Race Track, Safari Niagara or public beachfront parks like Crystal Beach and Waverly. Only 20 minutes away is the glorious Niagara Falls and activities like Clifton Hill, Hornblower Cruises, the Bird Kingdom and plenty of golfing and wineries!

Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.

This is a great home if you are in between real estate transactions or here on work assignment and require furnished accommodation for a few months in the off season.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.

What a great location! It's a couple of minutes away from some great dining and takeout options and only 5-10 minutes away from Bay Beach which is an amazing beach and hidden gem in Ontario. The home was new, clean and super comfortable. Would 100% stay again. Owner did not provide any shampoo, hand soap, body wash or extra toliet paper, so make sure to bring some with you.

Really nice condo, but our stay was not pleasant due to the AC having an issue. 28degrees Celsius inside most nights. Property manager brought us fans for last two days of visit, which made it somewhat bearable. We also recieved a small refund.

Great time at Crystal Beach

Great property, clean, welcoming and located a comfortable walking distance to the beach. We had a wide variety of ages in our group - from 71 to 8 yo, and everyone was comfortable and happy. close to restaurants and convenience stores, as well as shopping. A couple of notes: the backyard is smaller than it appears in the photos. We brought stuff for s'mores, but were too nervous to get a bonfire going due to close proximity to the other homes. The primary bedroom (or any other common space) could benefit from a full length mirror. Other than that, the place had everything you'd need to have an enjoyable vacation.

Pleasant home away from home

We had a seminar overseas that we couldn't get to. Finding a place to get away and change the scenery was amazing. The house has everything you need to be comfortable, we surely appreciated all the commodities. Loved to had a washer and dryer, bbq and a quiet neighborhood. Fresh linens, full kitchen, comfortable beds, truly great during ourc4 day stay. Walking distance to the beach and beach-passes were provided by the host, altogether we appreciated our stay and would book again. Beautiful city, hope to get away in the near future. If you're thinking of booking you'll be happy to choose this house.
