Really beautiful house

Lovely house. Beautifully decorated. Every kitchen tool was supplied. Pool was very nice. Beds a little uncomfortable but nothing terrible. Definitely would return. Thx!

Buyer beware of this property manager

I wish I could review this property because it was the one I booked and paid for. However, 1/2 way on the drive from Denver to Scottsdale I got an email from the property manager Evan that "his software double booked the house" and we were not going to be able to stay there. Because I made the mistake of checking my email, he decided to give the house to the other people that booked it -- placing us in a house we would have never selected. I had NO choice at that stage but to take the other house, which was not in my opinion as nice as this house. I was told by Evan I would be discounted for our inconvenience and that has yet to happen. I was approached by the neighbors at the rental house who commented how nice it was to have a "normal" family rent the house for a change. They went on to tell us about very questionable renters, numerous calls to the police by neighbors to complain, etc. The bottom line is I would never book a property through this manager again and would warn others about this very unprofessional behavior. I have used VRBO for years and have NEVER encountered this situation.
