Séjour agréable.

Séjour agréable. Maison spacieuse et bien située Nous avons juste regretté un mobilier un peu abîmé et une télé capricieuse. Dommage que la clim visible sur les photos ne fonctionne pas. Belle balade en vélo à proximité.

Bonjour, La clim n'est pas précisé dans la maison. Des devis sont en cours. Pour le mobilier à part les pieds de la table de séjour, je ne vois pas en quoi cela est dérangeant sachant que ça n'enlève pas la qualité du lieu. Content que vous aillez aimé la région. Cordialement Eric

Tout y est pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Très belle villa dans un lotissement très calme, belle piscine. Proche des pistes cycables ce qui permet de decouvrir les environs en velo. Pas très loin du centre d'Ares, on peut s'y rendre à pieds. Vacances au top .

Belle villa hyper confortable et très bien équipée. Une terrasse et une piscine où il fait bon vivre. Quartier agréable et très proche de la piste cyclable.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end, maison contemporaine dans quartier résidentiel, bonne situation géographique pour visiter les alentours, proche de Cap Ferret, piste cyclable à proximité, port ostréicole avec ptits restos sympas. Dommage que la piscine n’était pas chauffée.
