Welcome to La Clusaz ! I am delighted to welcome you in my 45 square meters apartment, with GARDEN and Terrace. Located at the foot of the green track "le Var", mountain bike circuits and paragliding landing in summer, my apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

## Logement
Family apartment of 45m2 ideally located at the foot of the green slope and on the ground floor. It includes:
- Living room with sofa bed and television ;
- A bedroom with 1 double bed and a wardrobe;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A bathroom;
- A separate toilet;

For your aperitifs, you have at your disposal a furnished terrace and a garden (not enclosed) you admire the breathtaking view of the balme massif.

A ski locker is located in the basement.

Facilities : Television, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, raclette machine, fondue machine, waffle iron, mixer, board games, hairdryer, wasking-machine

One Free parking in front of the building.

Childcare: cot and booster seat available.

You will be staying :
- At the foot of the pistes,
- 15 minutes' walk from the Bossonnet ski lifts;
- 5 minutes by car from the centre of La Clusaz;
- U Express 5 minutes' drive away, and a Carrefour Montagne 4 minutes' drive away.
- A cinema is a 3-minute drive away.

You can also go on an adventure, and discover Annecy 50 minutes away by car.

Please note :

- Linen not included, sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost, in order to offer you the apartment at the most competitive price possible. No reservation possible less than 48 hours before the stay. Kit for double bed with towels: 35€ and Kit for single bed with towel: 25€

- No Wifi;

- Cleaning: the fees charged do not exempt from the minimum storage;

- Flexible arrival from 4pm with an autonomous arrival procedure;

- Check-out before 10:00.

## Emplacement
Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a commune of Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you will be able to wander around as you wish, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
