The home's incredible amenities include a private pool, fire pit, carriage house, and multiple sprawling porches. It's professionally designed with functionality and luxury in mind, with notable features such as handcrafted Venetian plaster finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The first floor's kitchen and living room have awe-inspiring details, from the backsplash to the fireplace to the light fixtures. The third floor has an identical floor plan as the second, with the only difference being there are 2 bunks instead of 1. The spiral staircase leads to a lookout tower that has its own sitting area, perfect for sipping a cocktail or enjoying a morning coffee.

There is also a carriage house accompanying the home that has a king bedroom and 2 twins in the loft. It has its own living room and kitchenette with natural, wooden cabinetry and a flat-screen TV.
