I’m from the Chicago area and was introduced to Lido Key and beautiful Sarasota by my parents in-law many years ago. Bought this condo along with a couple of my siblings so we could share our love for this area with our children, too. We try to get down as much as possible but have rented the winter months to the same renter for many years.
Why they chose this property
The Lido Beach Club is a meticulously cared for property with beautiful grounds and beach inspired interiors. In my opinion, the pool area is one of the most attractive on Lido with it’s tiki huts, gardens, direct beach views and beach access. There is a gas grill and tables for communal use as well as convenient poolside bathrooms. Exceptional building manager onsite that keeps things running smoothly! Beach recently replenished back to it’s extensive glory! Spectacular sunsets with close proximity to fun beach spots to grab a grouper sandwich or a cold one! Couldn’t be happier with our place on the beach!
