Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. In der Altstadt mit viel Gastro, Märkte, die Strandnähe, Bäcker, eine kostenlose Seilbahn die auf die Steilküste fährt, alles ist 1-3 Minuten entfernt. Nur leider haben wir uns in der Wohnung nicht wohlgefühlt. Es roch sehr stark, je höher man in dem Haus kam um so stärker wurde der Gestank. Viel Lüften hat leider nicht geholfen. Ich denke das liegt an dem "reingebastelten" WC über der Treppe ganz oben, über der zweiten Etage. Die Küche ist sehr sparsam mit Kochgeschirr bestückt. Das Geschirr ist zusammengesucht. Die Spülmaschine war unbrauchbar, total versifft, die Dreharme komplett zugesetzt, der Innenraum richtig dreckig. Ein richtiges Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht, es steht lediglich ein aus der Form gekommenes Sofa neben dem Esstisch. Der Fernseher befindet sich in einem Schlafzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer können gut verdunkelt werden, die Betten waren in Ordnung. Nur leider hat ein netter Vormieter seine Popel (ihr lest richtig) an das Kopfende geschmiert, was von dem Reinigungspersonal unbemerkt blieb. Das war gepaart mit dem Geruch wirklich sehr unangenehm.Für nasse Handtücher gibt es eine Handtuchheizung im Bad, ansonsten leider keine Möglichkeit Badesachen oder Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Kleiderschränke sind etwa 50cm breit und haben lediglich eine Kleiderstange, es gibt keine erreichbaren Einlegböden, auf denen Kleidung gelegt werden kann.Der Zugangscode wurde nicht wie versprochen am Vortag gemailt, erst auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ihn.

Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Ihre Anmerkungen haben wir an unseren Reinigungsdienst weitergegeben, der normalerweise viel Lob erhält. Sie haben während der Hitzewelle gewohnt, in der das ganze Viertel außergewöhnliche Probleme mit den Leitungen hatte – dafür möchten wir uns entschuldigen. Der Zugangscode wurde Ihnen jedoch wie vereinbart am Vortag zugesandt, die Toilette im Obergeschoss ist keineswegs eine „Notlösung“ und die Spülmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Beim Geschirr wurden bewusst einige ältere Stücke gewählt, um zum Stil des 19. Jahrhunderts des Hauses zu passen, das typisch für das Cordiers-Viertel ist.
Ein einfacher Anruf bei der Hausverwaltung hätte sofort eine Lösung gebracht und wäre sicher besser gewesen als ein sehr strenges Kommentar einen Monat später.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Das Haus Jeanne D'Arc ist ein mit Liebe zum Detail renoviertes historisches Schmuckstück, dass uns mit Behaglichkeit und Wärme empfangen hat.
Die moderne Ausstattung hat es an nichts mangeln lassen, was man für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Die Nähe zum Stand und und zum Stadtkern, gewährleisten auf kurzer Distanz alles zu erreichen, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.
In nächster Nähe findet man schöne Restaurants aber auch täglich fangfrischen Fisch zur eigenen Zubereitung.
Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war freundlich, kompetent und unkompliziert.
Vielen Dank für eine wunderbar entspannte Woche!

Häuschen mit Charme
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön zentral gelegen, ist neu renoviert und sehr liebevoll eigerichtet. Schönes Bad und schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Küche ebenfalls neu und alles vorhanden sogar eine Nespressomaschine. Wir haben nichts vermisst!
