TXST Graduation

Family of 10 had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay for celebrating Texas State Graduation and gave a great Texas feel. House was beautiful and well stocked and the property was amazingly beautiful. Even got to see a few newborn fawns right outside the front door.

Fun house

Great inside and out. Game room and TV loft were perfect for the kids, big master for grandparents on the opposite side of the house provided quiet space, and the rustic outdoors invited daily wildlife. Would love to come again.

Great place close to town that was large enough for our whole friend group. Host was prompt with communication and house was very clean. The patio was a fun hangout spot

Making Memories

The house is located deep in the country on dark roads so arrive during the day time. The property is spacious and many renovations have been made to update it. The house sits on over an acre of rustic land with a great deal of potential. Water pressure varies as the home uses a septic tank for service. Our group was comfortable and enjoyed the time away.

- Tons of bed bugs - Mouse ran across living room baseboard and jumped into grates below fireplace - Dirty carpet throughout - Hole in deck near front door, safety issue for 3 and 5 year old guest - Slow responses from owner
