Beach, casino, pet-friendly cottage

This is a simple 3 bedroom (4 bed), 1 bath home on one floor. There is plenty of parking to park your boat or jet ski! There is a fenced yard as well as a porch to barbecue outside as well as a full kitchen inside. There is also a small gas fire pit. The gas grill and gas fire pit have gas tanks attached. The home is a very walkable 7 blocks to the beach and the property borders woods with nice walking paths- the perfect blend of town and country! The home is perfectly positioned near casinos (about 2 minutes drive from Blue Chip and 15 minutes to Four Winds). The home is north of Highway 12- in the area called the “Lake Hills” subdivision. It is in a very safe beach community. The Lighthouse Outlet Mall is about a 5 minute drive- so it’s easy to find everything from Bose speakers to Ralph Lauren, Nike, and Le Creuset!
This is a pet friendly home. We offer a small fenced yard with standard chain link as well as a tall 10x10 outdoor kennel on a concrete pad. Pets are, of course, welcome in the house! There are a number of walking paths nearby, too! Perfect places to walk a dog! Just let us know if you are bringing a pet and describe it for us. We limit the number of dogs to three (this is a city limit for pets) There is no size restriction for your dog. We always had a Great Dane when we lived in that house! There are a couple in the neighborhood!
We offer easy entry to the home. You can come and go on your own keylessly with a simple four digit code.
