Séjour de 4 jours avec visite du Mont et la ville de CANCALE et de la pointe du GROUIN
Belle petite maison pour la location sur 3 niveaux
Rez de chaussée - 1er étage 1 salle de bains douche et vasque - A côté 1 grande chambre avec 3 couchages 1 lit double et 1 lit d'une personne (le matelas de 2 personnes trop mou pour nous) mais dans l'ensemble c'est une bonne location et le plus (chien admis)

Moyen séjour
Le logement était moyennement propre. En effet, la chambre du rez de chaussée était très humide avec des moisissures sur le mur à la tête du lit. Par contre, les deux autres chambres du haut étaient spacieuses et propres. Pour l'équipement de la cuisine, j'aurai aimé avoir une pelle et balayette et une cuillère en bois. Et les escaliers étaient très dangereux.

Je suis étonnée de votre note globale aux vues des 5 étoiles données sur toutes les lignes. Une femme de ménage est dédiée à ce logement qui est certes vétuste, mais pas sale. En effet il y a 2 aspirateurs mais pas de balayette et les cuillères en bois ont du disparaitre. Il y a un déshumidificateur électrique dans la pièce du bas pour remédier à l'humidité, et il vous a bien été précisé que les escaliers étaient escarpés.
J'ai néanmoins accédé à vos requêtes, notamment la facture.

Super weekend familial.
Nous sommes ravis Avranches est une très belle ville, le logement en ville super, commerce à proximité, pas besoin de voiture.
Pas très loin du Mont Saint Michel que nous avons visité.
Super weekend familial avec nos enfants et petits enfants.
