This Bay Front upgraded two-bedroom, two-bath condo is the perfect place to live the Mission Beach lifestyle on beautiful Mission Bay. The Pacific Ocean is less than a minute walk. Located on the second floor, the roomy balcony offers a nice view of the boats and water. Use the BBQ as you watch the boats sail on the bay, or watch the sunrise over bay with your morning coffee. There is both a stairway and an elevator, so you get to choose your access to the condo.

With nearly 1200 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for one or two families to enjoy the vacation that you deserve. Belmont Park is a ten-minute walk, and you can drive to Sea World in five minutes. The hip Gaslamp District, Downtown, Petco Park, and the airport are just a 10 - 12 minute drive, as is luxurious La Jolla, home to movie stars, artists and a large family of baby seals.

Mission Beach is San Diego's best beach, for both kids and adults, there is something for everyone. Book now for a great time in beautiful Southern California.

We really enjoyed staying here. David was amazing to communicate with! Very responsive. Two things that were not 5 star unfortunately. #1 was cleanliness was not the best. But this can be improved upon easily by David chatting with his cleaning crew. #2 was our mistake. I thought there was AC. But there isn't any. There are however multiple air fans that saved the trip!! Otherwise we had an amazing trip! Condo was just as described. In the bay and close to the ocean! We even left 2 new boogie boards for future guests!

The unit is large but neglected. The sheets had not been changed in the 2nd bedroom and I found the sheets for the Master bed in the washing machine wet and smelling of mold. Towels were used. Who asks renters to start their own laundry? No AC. Screen doors about to fall off. Coffee table broken. Furniture just old. Felt like a frat house. I doubt the security codes are changed between renters. Not safe. I received a partial refund which I appreciate but I wish I’d chosen elsewhere.

Property a little dated but roomy and comfortable and great location… previous reviews accurate regarding street noise below - but we were so tired from our adventures I slept well with some earplugs .. we even chatted with some people out and about from the balcony!

This condo was perfect for a girls birthday weekend. There was an issue with the sink that was out of the hands of the owner, but the owner was very communicative and addressed it swiftly and as thoroughly as possible. Very pleased, would recommend and would stay there again. The location was perfect.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. The layout of the unit was lovely (very family friendly) and the convenience of having laundry in unit was very appreciated. The location was great, very close to food, drinks, shops and most importantly, the water. Additionally the owner was incredibly responsive to our questions. He really seemed to care. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very responsive host and the location was perfect! On the bayfront but can easily walk over to the beach as well. Appreciated the roomy condo, wonderful kitchen, lots of bedding and towels, and the dedicated parking space!

Bay view was good. Nice location, kitchen is very clean and well stocked. Bed sheets were clean and comfortable. However, the house smells moldy. The worst they did not give any shampoo and only 3 small soap bars for 3 days for 6 people.

Loved Our Stay

We loved our stay at this property. The location is perfect, we walked to the beach, walked to the local coffee shop, walked to dinner. Space was clean and as described. Would definitely stay again!
