Incredible
Our stay at Point East was incredible. We brought our 8 year old and 23 month old down for 6 days over Labor Day weekend and had the best time. Jon and Sandy have stacked the condo FULL of everything you could ever need. There is a closet stuffed with beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, games, a cooler, football/volleyball/soccerball, boogie boards, skim boards, snorkel gear, etc. They also have laundry baskets, extra blankets/sheets/towels, smart TV’s in every room, a collapsible child’s high chair, DVDS, books and more. We really enjoyed played all of the games/puzzles that were in the entertainment center - bananagram, cards, uno, Mexican dominoes. As for the kitchen, we had everything we could have needed utensil/dish wise. There was even a crockpot, toaster oven, Tupperware for bringing food down to the beach, skillets, baking sheets, shot glasses/wine glasses, spices, etc. It was very convenient to do a load of laundry in the laundry room on the same floor as well. Jon was gracious enough to allow us to check in early and move the cleaning schedule so we could leave later. This condo was truly amazing.
Our only negative was the couch - it was quite small and uncomfortable for a family but it would be decent for a single couple who won’t spend much time chilling inside. We had to spend 2-4 hours a day inside while our little one napped but otherwise, everything was spectacular!
