Relaxing vacation in wine contry.

Great property. Only negative is the shower in the bathroom is very old. Also, the property manager should consolidate the tennant rules, which appear differently in the listing, the rental agreement, the arrival email, and at the property in the renters' instruction book.

The school house was very nicely appointed. However the HVAC system noise and creaky floors made for restless sleeping….

Relaxing getaway

Quiet and peaceful setting. We had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed preparing breakfast and dinner over the backyard fire pit and enjoyed the serenity of the Naples area. The accommodations were quite comfortable.

Cozy

We really like the Schoolhouse. The property was well appointed. There were nice touches such as body wash and face wash. The kitchen is small, but it had everything you need to prepare meals. Overall, this is a pretty and cozy property.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property due to the historic charm. Amy has always loved historic properties and wanted to take on a renovation project. We love the Finger Lakes region and as Realtors, we see a lot of run down seasonal properties. Amy decided she wanted to start a management company so that she could combine her passion for preserving these properties and, as a result, preserve the property values in the area and help others build wealth through investing in vacation rental properties. In this quest, she found the Schoolhouse and decided this would be her 1st vacation rental property. Keith worked hard on renovating the Schoolhouse and uncovered the handwriting on the wall (literally). He found notes and initials in the bathroom on what was originally the wood shed wall. They are still in the process of renovating and upgrading, while taking care to preserve the historic charm.

Historic property, centrally located. Wall of windows let the sunlight shine in. Don't worry, we added room darkening blinds so you can sleep in if wanted!
