Ronce-les-Bains - BEAUTIFUL HOUSE with GARDEN - NEAR CITY CENTER
This single-storey house is composed of a bright living room equipped with a flat screen TV + DVD player and a HIFI system, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined triple burner cooker (4 vitro plates / oven / dishwasher 6 place settings), a multifunction microwave, a fridge with a freezer and a washing machine.
You will also find two beautiful bedrooms in a row, each equipped with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
On the way back from the beach, make your way through the annex with its "beach exit" shower room and separate toilet.
Is it too hot? Need some coolness? The rooms are equipped with air conditioning!
Relax the tension by taking advantage of the private garden with garden furniture or its terrace for a good lunch around an electric barbecue or the electric plancha as well.
Too much sunshine or just feel like a little nap in the shade? Unfold the electric awning!
A tumble dryer is available in the cellar.
You can park your car in the garden.

Une semaine de vacances à Ronce les bains
Maison est très bien située, à 3 minutes à pieds du centre ville commerçant. Elle est Très bien équipée également, tout est fait pour profiter des espaces, intérieurs et extérieurs, agréable jardin derrière la maison , sans aucun vis à vis. Bref location idéale pour profiter de Ronce et ses environs.
Le seul petit problème que nous pourrions signaler, c’est la récupération des clés à La Palmyre, dans une boîte à clés codée, pourquoi ne pas installer cette boîte à Ronce, cela éviterait 20 minutes aller et 20 minutes retour.
