Inside, the living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax and enjoy moments together with family or friends.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare all your meals.

The sleeping area offers three comfortable bedrooms: the first with two 90 cm beds, the second with a trundle bed in 90 cm with an additional pull-out bed, and the third with a 140 cm bed.

There is a bathroom with a shower, electric towel warmer, and a separate WC.

Outside, the patio invites you to enjoy the sun with its garden furniture and sun loungers, shaded by a manual awning. Two private parking spaces ensure a smooth arrival and a worry-free stay.

Pets are not allowed, for the comfort and peace of all guests.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
