The cozy house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and offers 2 parking spaces on the property. The property is completely enclosed by fences, so that small children and dogs cannot leave the garden independently. The house has a total living area of 106 square meters. In the lower part of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed (box spring bed 1.80 x 200 meters), a bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine and a large living area with fitted kitchen (induction cooker) incl. Dishwasher and dining area, comfortable seating, fireplace, satellite TV (receiver with card slot for 'Sky' customer / card + smart card must be brought by the tenant) and access to the upper floor.
