About this property

Freshly renovated in 2019!
Our holiday home "Nordsee 2" is the semi-detached house of a typical "Frisian house". It was freshly renovated.
Attention: If the booking capacity is free, both halves of the house could also be booked. Ideal for traveling with grandma / grandpa, large families or traveling with friends.
We have furnished the house with great attention to detail, very high quality, tasteful and complete.
The house is in a quiet side street (Attention! One-way street) of the historic coastal town of Dornum. Shops, doctors, pharmacy, baker, etc. are still within walking distance of a radius of about 700m. You are also in nature in just a few minutes (200m), which should not be unimportant for dog lovers. The area has a well-developed network of cycle paths and the coast is only 7 km away.
The house has a large garden that is completely fenced except for a section of hedge. Ideal for families and dog lovers! Free WiFi!
The guest contribution / visitor's tax for the North Sea ServiceCard are not included in the rental price.
There is an additional 70.00 euros for final cleaning on site.
The fee for the final cleaning and the visitor's tax of the Dornum community are payable on site when the keys are handed over to the home service company.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir (zwei Ehepaare) hatte eine schöne Woche in Dornum. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, also sehr schön. Es ist mit allem ausgerichtet was man braucht. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters das vorhandene Gartenequipment (Grill, Gartenmöbel, etc.) nicht nutzen. Alles in allem, einen tollen Urlaub in Ostfriesland verbracht. Kommen gerne wieder..

Zum zweiten Mal ein super Aufenthalt!

Wir sind nun das zweite Mal im selben Haus gewesen und können/wollen uns auch dieses Mal nicht beklagen! Die Familie ist sehr freundlich, offen und lustig - die Schlüsselübergabe ist absolut einfach und schnell gemacht - alles in allem wieder gelungen! Bis zum nächsten Mal :)

Vater und Sohn Kurztrip mit zwei Hunden

Wir waren glücklich Vermieter zu finden die es ermöglichen mit Hund zu verreisen. Das Haus ist dafür sehr geeignet. Alle Böden sind schnell und gut sauber zu halten. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Und sehr einfach bepflanzt. So hatten wir keine Angst das etwas kaputt gehen kann. Wir haben das Objekt gemietet um den Nordseestrand und die Deiche mit unseren Hunden zu erkunden. Das ist nicht einfach da sehr strenge Reglementierungen gelten. Die Vorschriften die an den Stränden gelten sind sehr wieder sprüchlich. Ca. 100 m vom Haus entfernt hinter alten Bahngleisen beginnt Feldwirtschaft. Dort kann man mit Hunden sehr schön spazieren gehen und spielen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Schlüssel Übergabe und das Abgeben der Schlüssel erfolgt in norddeutscher Mundart. Damit muss man klarkommen.

Gemütliches Haus

Die Abwicklung war problemlos und die Kommunikation super. Sauberkeit war okay, man müsste halt auch mal unter dem Bett Staubsaugen. Das Haus an sich hat einen schönen Garten und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Kinder konnten problemlos auf der Straße spielen und natürlich in dem großen Garten. Bis zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto ca 10 min. Würden wieder dort hinfahren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
