On the first floor, its mezzanine with a 140cm bed and a velux window for a better luminosity inside.
Its terrace is fenced by a fence and is bordered by hedges.

If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
