Perfect vacation spot for you and your family on full recreation Big St. Germain Lake. Sit back and soak up the beautiful southern exposure and pristine lake views from this beautiful property. The main level offers an open layout, laundry room, and large master bedroom with king size bed and full private bathroom. Oversized loft is perfect for kids and includes 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, and a full bathroom. Lower level features a rec room with pool table, love seat, pull-out sofa, & futon as well as two bedrooms and full bathroom.

The large, flat yard allows you to bring any yard game you can imagine. Four kayaks with life vests and paddles are available for you to explore the big lake or Lost Creek (~300' west). Top it off with the perfect shallow, sandy bottom swimming area, and lakeside fire pit.

Renting or bringing a boat? Pier is ready to tie up to and the public boat landing is only 0.2 miles away!

For snowmobilers, there is a lower-level mud room with a separate entrance providing a convenient place for changing and storing all your gear. The Bo-Boen trail is just a few hundred feet away!

Wonderful family pet-friendly getaway. Beds and pillows were comfortable. House was clean and property well maintained. The view from the deck while having morning coffee was fantastic. Hosts did a great job communicating with us during the stay. Would recommend to others looking for a place to stay in St. Germain.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which boasts an incredible location right near the Heart of Vilas County Bike Trail and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The layout is great and we enjoyed our time on the water. While the lakefront was shallow, we had no difficulty with our pontoon boat. Future guests should note that the lower-level bedrooms run considerably cooler than the main level and loft. However the owner, Jeff, was responsive to our feedback and is an excellent, attentive host. We highly recommend this clean and beautifully located home.

Fantastic communication!. We had trouble using the Vrbo app for some reason we had to communicate via text instead, which went incredibly smoothly. The property is beautiful and as described. The loft was perfect for the kids. The deck is beautiful for having your morning coffee watching the water and even seeing some deer. We watched a mama flicker feeding her babies in the tree next to the deck. We brought our fishing boat, we weren't really able to figure out the fishing on the lake due to the odd depths of the lake, so the fishing wasn't the greatest for us. We would certainly recommend this cabin to others.

The Grandview Getaway was a great place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The host quickly responded to our questions. It was nice to be close to both the Clearview Supper Club and Fibbers Bar and Restaurant. The snowmobile trail is right across the road, and there is plenty of room for trucks, trailers, and sleds.

Our stay in St. Germain was amazing! The cabin was beautiful and spacious. We have a pontoon boat and it was cool to jump right on when we wanted to go fishing or boating!

Summer Family Vacation

This property is a great place for a family vacation on a lake in the Northwoods. It has a very nice waterfront and great pier. We especially liked paddling up and down Lost Creek, which is just a short distance to the west.

We loved the location of this property and the setup! It is in a great location on the lake — only a few minutes into town and just down from the boat landing. The shallow shoreline is great for younger kids and the flat yard provides lots of room to play.
