The ideal place to have lunch and relax while enjoying the calm sea air of the coast! A large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers.

Step into the living room of this semi-detached house with a small flat-screen TV. The small, open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave/grill, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table-top fridge and washing machine.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an attic toilet under the stairs, on the first floor.

A mezzanine with a sofa bed and a very attic space with a sofa.

You have a privative place n° B8, in front of the villa; not negligible!

Le séjour aurait pu être agréable si la société de location SquareHabitat ne faisait pas du racket sur des closes de ménage que l'on découvre lorsque que l'on reçoit la facture.

Toutefois, nous souhaitons préciser que le ménage n’a pas été réalisé conformément à nos conditions générales. Des photos attestant de l’état du logement (notamment des traces de coulure de café sur le lave-linge, des poils sur le contour du lavabo, une table basse pleine de sable, une table de repas couverte de miettes, un évier sale, ainsi que des traces de poil et d’urine sèche sur la lunette des toilettes) vous ont été transmises, ce qui justifie le prélèvement du montant de votre caution « ménage ». Notre objectif est toujours d’assurer la transparence et la qualité de nos services. Cordialement

Résidence au calme.

Charmante petite villa au calme. Impeccable pour passer des vacances en famille. Proches de deux plages, environ 500m. Proche du centre ville, environ 800m. Petit bémol, il n'y pas beaucoup de piste cyclable a proximité de la résidence. Concernant l'extérieur de la villa, la terrasse n'était pas deserber a notre arrivée. Le salon de jardin n'était pas nettoyé. Et concernant l'intérieur, il y avait une odeur de renfermé, il y avait encore du sable dans la baignoire et dans l'évier. Concernant la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine certains n'étaient pas lavés. Il y avait de la moisissure sur la planche à découper. Petit détartrage de la robinetterie a prévoir. Point positif la machine a laver. Il manque un petit lave vaisselle. A part ces petits reproches, nous avons passé d'agréables vacances.

Séjour à Meschers-sur-Gironde

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Meschers. Le logement correspondait à nos attentes. Espace agréable pour dormir, terrasse pour manger en extérieur au soleil ou sous le store et intérieur satisfaisant quand la météo se faisait caprice. La proximité de la plage, 150 mètres environ est appréciable quand on a des enfants. Un centre commercial est proche , on peut s'y rendre à pied. À recommander !!
