INDIVIDUAL HOUSE on one level with an IDEAL LOCATION for a FAMILY stay in the heart of the "Domaine des Fées", a private and secure park in Vaux sur Mer - located 350m from the Nauzan Beach and 1600m from the Shops of Saint Palais sur Mer - including : a Living room with flat screen TV and decorative fireplace opening onto a covered terrace and a walled garden, an open kitchen equipped with 3 vitro hobs, an electric oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, 1 Bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and a cupboard, 1 Bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and a cupboard, 1 Bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and a cupboard, a Bathroom with shower and a built-in bathtub + a bidet, an independent Wc with a washing machine.

You have at your disposal an UMBRELLA BED and a HIGH CHAIR.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
