What you'll love about our house

Enjoy the tranquillity of one of the most beautiful private estates on the Atlantic coast in a villa close to the beaches and all the activities.


Completely renovated in 2023. Located in the very quiet, wooded setting of the "Domaine des Fées", with easy access on foot to the beaches of Nauzan and Le Conseil.

3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, for 6 people

- Blue room: 2 beds 80x200 that can be made into a double bed + shower room adapted for the disabled
- Green room: 2 beds 80x200 that can be made into a double bed + shower room
- Pink room: 1 bed in 160 + bathroom with WC and a linen room (washeur + dryeur)

+1 separate WC

Living room with 40m2 kitchen opening onto 24m2 terrace
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and equipment

A stainless steel plancha is available in the garden. BBQs are not permitted due to the risk of fire in the area.
During the season, the jacuzzi can be used (to be confirmed).

Emplacement idéal dans un quartier très calme. La villa est confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réactif, et la personne chargée du service de conciergerie s’est montrée disponible et attentionnée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
