The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen is designed for sharing great moments together: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, allowing you to cook just like at home.
The living room with flat-screen TV opens directly onto the terrace, the landscaped garden and the private pool, the true heart of the house.

On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a shower room with a separate adjoining WC.

Upstairs, the attic-style mezzanine leads to two additional bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
