Sivina Sanau is a spacious family villa with an elegant, classic style. Marble tiles give the house a pleasantly cool ambiance in summer. The large entrance hall leads to an open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas and a decorative fireplace. Use of the fireplace is not permitted. French doors open onto the garden and the furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday use and is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility room. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a large family bathroom with a raised round bathtub and shower. A further shower room with a toilet is accessible from the outside. A grand staircase with a long chandelier leads to another living room overlooking the garden and pool, extending to the tennis court. French doors open onto a sun terrace, ideal for private sunbathing. The master bedroom with a double bed features a dressing area. Two further, lovely bedrooms, each with two single beds, offer wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with marble tiles and a round bathtub.

The bedrooms have air conditioning with limited and set usage times.

Outside, a fantastic large swimming pool with a slide awaits, perfect for children. There are lawns for playing and sun loungers for sunbathers. The dining area, overlooking the pool, is located under the covered terrace. A great barbecue area is situated at the rear of the house.

Tennis enthusiasts have access to a private tennis court without floodlights.
