Just step off the back deck and you are right on the ski run to go DOWN to the lifts and base area amenities. For lunch or at the end of the day just take the 'Holo Hike' ski run and ski right back to the door. No walking - ever! Especially great for families with young skiers who can't easily carry their own gear.

The owners of this property are avid skiers and therefore this home only rents out 4 or 5 times a season. If availability matches with your vacation dates - this is the one to rent!

In addition the fantastic location, the entire property has been renovated with new flooring, appliances, furniture, and a new Sundance spa on the back deck. This property features an open plan main floor with a large living room and kitchen. The living room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with hardwood floor through out with lots of seating in the living room for entertaining and relaxing. The upper floor has three bedrooms:

As this is an end unit in Thunder Ridge looking up at the mountain. You have wonderful views of the ski hill and bright sunshine coming in through the day. A few steps away is the Hollo Hike run which takes you DOWN to the elk chair. No walking - EVER! All of the Fernie Alpine Resort's restaurants, bars, spas, and stores are within five minutes, so park the car and forget about driving for a while!

The garage is set up as a gear room and has a boot rack, and racks for skis and boards, poles and clothes. The garage is heated so everything drys out and is ready for the next day.

IMPORTANT:This is a family condo offering a beautiful place for our guests. Party hounds and bachelor groups need not apply. Thunder Ridge has a noise curfew in place so if you are looking for a party place, please apply elsewhere.
