Please leave all the used towels in the downstairs bathtub and leave the beds unmade. Remove food from the refrigerator and take out the trash. Set the AC to 78 or the heat to 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bob and Toni are married with 5 children and 81/2 grandchildren Grandbaby #9 due October 2025. Bob closed his business in 2019 and retired to High Lake. Toni is a full time system administrator and a part time real estate agent. Bob went back work in 2023 when he got his real estate to help in the business.

The owners, Bob and Toni are mostly available if needed. Bob is retired and Toni is currently working from two days a week home. They live in the other half of this duplex.
