About this property
Spacious property with a panoramic sea view not far from the beaches
The spacious, fully air-conditioned villa offers comfortable living for up to 12 people. The ideal occupancy is 6 to max. 8 adults and an equal number of children.
The living area consists of a very spacious living-/dining room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a large upstairs terrace with magnificent sea views and beautiful garden furniture, and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The basement/garden level offers four further bedrooms (2 double + 2 shared bedrooms for 3-4 people) as well as two bathrooms, another kitchen with lounge and TV (e.g. a common room for children) and a billiard room. The lower level of the property is less luxurious than the upper floor and the ceiling is also a bit lower.
The pool area offers a suitable number of sun loungers, a day bed, a small dining set and a small covered bar/lounge.
The 10.50 x 5.70 m pool with overflow technology is complemented by a small jacuzzi. The sea view from this part of the property is very nice!
For two vehicles a carport is available and one to two further parking spaces are available in the entrance of the villa.
