Lovely villa

This property is very suitable for families. We are a family of 3 generations -3 couples and children. The accommodation was ideal, allowing each couple a level of privacy. It is very nicely furnished, and the pool is wonderful for children ( and adults!). Barring a few very minor issues, we had a lovely holiday there

View can’t be beat! The best location in Sainte Maxime, it really is a 10 minute walk to harbor

We stayed for a month and had a fabulous time. The swimming pool made the hottest days enjoyable Pros: amazing view, beautiful swimming pool, 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and individually controlled A/C, large refrigerator and good coffeemakers, lovely covered terrace with bbq, very private yard, plenty of parking Cons: 3 of the 4 showers are wands in a tub with very low ceilings, none of the men could stand up in them, two bedrooms with twin beds had no A/C, one opens onto a bedroom with A/C so the door was left open during the night, the decor definitely needs updating, everything is a little worn Bottom line: we would stay here again just know that it’s a little worn and a lot outdated. The good news is that I wasn’t worried the kids would hurt something. PS an outdoor shower would be a great addition

Villa (presque) parfaite !

Villa trĂšs bien conçue oĂč chacun, en intĂ©rieur ou en extĂ©rieur, trouve son espace, mais partage aussi les moments conviviaux autour de la table, sur le boulodrome ou dans le grand sĂ©jour. Un espace pour garer les voitures sans se gĂȘner. Un Ă©quipement conforme Ă  celui attendu et un accueil de grande qualitĂ©. Seul petit bĂ©mol : la piscine trĂšs attirante mais non chauffĂ©e, ce qui la rend peu praticable en dĂ©but de saison (mi-mai).

Fabulous location and every amenity you could need!

We stayed here with our 4 adult daughters and their partners plus their children. The villa was fabulous for the group, we had everything that we needed, it was clean and well maintained and a 10 minute walk into St. Maxime where there are lots of restaurants, shops, activities, boats etc. There was plenty of room on the drive for our 4 cars and the pool was enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this villa and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Außenanlagen sehr schön, innen solala...

Grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer! Schöne Außenanlage mit großem Pool, der Mitte September allerdings sehr sehr kalt war und einer Boulebahn, die wir öfters genutzt haben. Das Interieur des Hauses ist Geschmacksache, die Einrichtung ist fast ausschließlich in schwarz gehalten. KĂŒche und BĂ€der eher Ă€lter, aber ausreichend. Es war alles sehr sauber, aber im Untergeschoss herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch vor (Abwasser?). Zwei der dortigen Schlafzimmer sind nett eingerichtet mit jeweils Ausgang zur Terrasse. In einem dritten Zimmer standen lieblos aufgetĂŒrmte FitnessgerĂ€te und Baby-Utensilien, eher wie in einem Abstellraum. Die große TĂŒr nach außen war nicht zu schließen, sodass wir bei Abwesenheit den Rollladen runterlassen mussten. Das dazugehörige Bad war modern, allerdings war dort der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft, sodass Überschwemmungen nur schwer zu vermeiden waren. Zwei weitere kleine Kammern mit Betten haben wir nicht genutzt. Die TerrassentĂŒr im Wohnzimmer war auch nicht verschließbar. Die Concierge StĂ©phanie war telefonisch gut erreichbar, stets sehr freundlich, und hilfsbereit!

magnifique séjour dans un cadre idyllique

La maison est trÚs spacieuse et trÚs agréable avec sa terrasse et sa vue sublime. Dans un quartier résidentiel, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre, elle est trÚs calme et permet de profiter des bords de la piscine en toute sérénité.

La cosa piĂč apprezzabile Ă© stata la tranquillitĂ : pur essendo praticamente in centro, non si sente rumore delle auto. La casa Ă© pulitissima e molto ben organizzata.

We are in love with the Saint-Tropez gulf and this house is ideally located in absolute quiet in a main street. It offers stunning day or night views on the Saint-Tropez gulf.
A large swimming pool not overlooked (12 m x 8 m) will make children and adults equally happy.

This haven of peace offers you dreamy holidays in the heart of the gulf. Its location allows you to leave you car unused during your stay, avoiding all the traffic and parking issues.
