WOW! House Beautiful! Welcome to gorgeous and unique 8 Beach Side Mews in Sunset Island. This 5-BR Single Family Home is one of the few houses sitting right on the water overseeing the bay. You will be able to enjoy your afternoon drink watching this fabulous SUNSET on the island!
This is a nonsmoking unit. No Pets allowed, please.
****** Our cleaning crew is in line with CDC guidelines regarding the COVID19 pandemic following strictly new cleaning policy after each guest's departure. Please note this property INCLUDES linens with each rental. Pillows and comforters are also provided.

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. 
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

The house is stunning! The location superb! Our only gripes: the cleanliness of the home and the linens. Mold in the downstairs bathroom shower curtain, ants in the kitchen, floor not thoroughly mopped and the linens are super cheap.For such a beautiful home, I really wish they would upgrade their cleaning and linen services.

Boardwalk Rock

We came in as a group for Boardwalk Rock. House is beautiful! Public transportation is close and lots I walking distance. Only down side is we had a handicapped person with us in a wheelchair full time, I was told it’s handicapped accessible but you cannot get into the home in a wheel chair. There is an elevator but there are steps to reach it.

Prep for stay poor by renting company

First the front door did not have a lock, second half the beds had old sheets on them we had to change and cleanliness was poor. Had an elderly handicapped person with me and just confirming arrangements no one called back. Stayed last year with a different firm had zero issues, House is ok it was just not managed well and again no lock on front door we had to change sleeping accommodations since several were afraid to sleep downstairs. With what we paid this should have been much better handled.

Beach Week at Sunset Island

This was a lovely and spacious townhouse for a family group. The location is great for ocean and bay access. There were some limitations, but it was due to the pandemic. The staff was great under trying circumstances.

Needs a little TLC

We had a great time. The location is perfect. The grounds are well maintained. Walking distance to alot of shops/restaurants/ocean. Just a few minor issues.: there were linens left from previous stay. Contacted manager, no one came- no big deal. The cleaning service needs to pay attention to details. There were streamers still on the chandelier & walls, wrappers of left in rooms. Needs paint touch-up or wall cleaning since every room has scuff marks on the walls. Also the garage code system was not easy to figure out to close the garage door- maybe to add the directions to the email would be helpful.
