This beautiful 3-BR, 2-BA condo is an easy walk to the Beach and Sunset Island’s private Bay beaches and two Pools, Interactive Splash Fountains, on-site restaurant, and Fitness Center. This open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen & Smart televisions throughout. Recently updated, this condo also has high-end electronics, stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and front loader washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom provides a King bed, & private full bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Twin over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle. A full bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and all three bedrooms have SMART televisions & Comcast Cable.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office.
