Great place to stay! We were there for 2 weeks and enjoyed the proximity to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Fort Myers is very close and has great restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and the view of the canals as well.

What can we say, the view is amazing! Wayne, the host, was equally as great; answered any questions we had. The place has everything you could need. The ice machine is a great touch, filled up the provided cooler each day so we didn’t have to worry about anything being in the car in the Florida sun. We went to beach one day and it was nice to have a provided beach cart and chairs. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and dart board; a unique touch. The pool, oh the pool, went in everyday and evening; great way to relax at the end of the day. Used it so much, before we go back to the cold northern US, didn’t have time to use the kayaks; next time. We saw people on the canal with kayaks, two evenings, so wanted to try it; just ran out of time. The bed was comfortable. The place was very clean; and we are picky about such things. Definitely want to go back. If you are on the fence; book it!

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of April, it was a great experience. The house was beautiful and the pool was great, especially the rubber floor around the pool and lanai area. The house was large and fully equipped. The kayak’s and paddle boards were a bonus. The host was great and kept in touch to make sure everything was ok and gave us information on things to do and places to eat. Hope to come back again soon.

Lovely Winter Getaway

Lovely clean home with a beautiful water view and private pool and lounging area. Perfect get away for family or couple. Lots of amenities close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Girls Trip

Relaxing Winter Getaway

The owner, Wayne, was so easy to communicate with and just a delightful person. The house was cozy and comfortable for our family. Loved the pool area and the view of the canals out back.Definitely rent this place for a nice vacation.

Would highly recommend!! Beautiful vacation home close to shopping, beaches, etc. my wife and we’re AMAZED with the scenic and beautiful sunrise straight out from pool patio. Shuffleboard and darts game were added bonuses for friendly competitions. Absolutely loved the pool, patio tv and all the amenities this property provides. Wayne (host) was excellent and very responsive to any questions! We will be back!!

Great property and owner/host

It is a beautiful house with a pool and a very relaxing view of the water. Wayne was very responsive to all of our needs and they had some helpful information and restaurant suggestions in the book they created. Great property!

Perfect Vacation Home!

We loved everything about this property! It was beautiful and clean. Check-in/out was easy, and the host, Wayne, was so friendly and helpful! Use of the kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards was a huge bonus…we greatly enjoyed exploring the canals at sunset! We’ll definitely be booking this home again.

Cape coral stay

House was great had everything we were looking for and had a great view overlooking canal. The only issue we had was the pool seemed to get cool at night and there was some dog hair but nothing bad at all. Would definitely stay again if had the opportunity and Wayne was very helpful.

Perfect for a family vacation

The house is nice and clean. My favorite was the cover in the pool area, never seen anything like this before :) the pool is clean and warm, the view from the pool - amazing. We were feeling while ducks there from the piers (not sure they were ducks, but big black birds). We rested well in this house, will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Clean

Excellent home away from home! The house was very clean as was the pool. The pool deck was really cool! Rubberized beach look. Great neighborhood. Reviews and photos were accurate. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Family vacation

This property had everything we needed. The whole family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. A special surprise was the table shuffleboard. The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and appliances. The view from the lanai couldn’t have been better.

Excellent Property.

I would highly recommend this property. We travelled from England and stayed for two weeks. Everything was exactly as described, property exceptionally clean and fully equipped for all our needs.
