Cape Coral

Visiting family in Ft Myers for a few days then went on to the Keys. Tatti was super nice and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The place was perfect for me, my dad, and two nephews.

Cape coral art festival

Amazing finally get to stay at a place that was exactly as described. Comfortable, clean decorated so lovely and conveniently located. Can't wait to come back.

Not as expected

We paid extra to have the hot tub on. The pool was only being heated during the day. We wanted to swim at night also. We assumed heated pool was continuously not certain times of the day. Also having to wash all the towels used. Most rentals have the cleaners do the towels and sheets when you leave. Because you still pay a cleaning fee and you are doing all the work. The pool had not been swept and had sediment and bugs on top. We stayed the first night but stayed at our home with the kids the rest of the stay. The bed were not comfortable and the pillows smelled like sleep. The blinds by the sliding door didn’t close for privacy and my kids didn’t feel comfortable there. So all and all we didn’t really stay there or use it.

Perfekt Holiday

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. The house was lovingly furnished and we wanted for nothing. The care provided by the homeowner during our vacation was exemplary. We would love to come back.

Great communication with managers

Older property but very clean and adequate for our short stay with our pet. We were able to communicate with managers very easily and they were very fast with responses to our needs.
