Our remodeled house offers a heated private pool, along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Our home is the perfect getaway and its location makes it very easy for you to get around. You are only:

*For added safety, we do have a ring video doorbell as well as a ring security-video flood light at our property.*

*Burrowing Owls: The official bird of Cape Coral, are nesting in our front yard! (plenty far away from guest entryway). These owls are considered endangered. While they are cute, we do ask that you give them their space.*

Winter getaway

Rachel and Ryan's house was beautiful and well stocked with cleaning supplies and cookware to suit any cooking need. I enjoyed my breakfast every morning in their enclosed back patio pool area listening to the birds and burrowing owls that make their home in the front yard. It was peaceful vacation!

Very good.

The property was as advertised; the neighborhood was quite and friendly. Ryan was immediately responsive to any (very few) concerns. The location was convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and to access to Fort Myers, Pine Island and Sanibel Island. The home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were very nice and the showers were good in both bathrooms. We stayed at the home the month of January and we would stay there again.

Comfortable home

We had a great stay. Owners were great to work with. Home was as advertised, only downfall was how long it took to heat the pool. We will stay again. Thanks for your hospitality.
