The space was lovely. A beautiful, quiet location close to the small town. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with spices and appliances. There was only one concern. The add when translated to English states that the accommodation has air conditioning. However, there was no air conditioning. It worked out ok and we were comfortable, but I booked this accommodation thinking there was air conditioning.

Disappointed

The listing did not make it clear that towels were not included. Rather than stating this explicitly, the owner just didn’t include towels in their amenities list. I think it’s a reasonable expectation when traveling to be provided with towels. After Google translate helped in communicating the problem the owner did send someone who opened a cupboard in the flat to provide us with towels, which we did appreciate. Had it been clear that no towels were provided, I wouldn’t have booked. The flat is on 3rd floor which is also not advertised. No lift. This was difficult as we had lots of bags and a disabled child. Again, if I had known, I wouldn’t have booked. There is a code on the door rather than a key and it took us a while to figure this out before we could enter the flat. Better instructions onsite would have been useful. We found rubbish under the sink from previous people. All this made a very unwelcome and stressful start to our stay. The flat is very basic except for the kitchen which is very well equipped. Although in a good location and pretty village, we won’t be returning.

Logement très agréable en famille, très bien équipé.En hiver, le logement est bien chauffé ce qui est très agréable, pas loin de la station du semnoz et de Aillons margeria.A 5 minutes, on y trouve une fromagerie qui est fort appréciable !

Appartement très agréable situé dans un très joli petit village médiéval à 15 mm environ d'Annecy. Tout y est propre et fonctionnel. Une seule nuit réservée pour ce séjour mais nous y reviendrons sans hésitation passer quelques jours pour découvrir cette région magnifique.

2 nuits en aout 2025 dans cet appartement très bien équipé et décoré. Très bon séjour. Très calme. Literie correcte. Lave linge et lave vaisselle appréciables.Bonne communication avec Pascal le propriétaire.Bien placé pour la découverte de la région d Annecy. 3eme et dernier étage sans ascenseur.Pas de clim, juste des ventilateurs, donc il y fait plutôt chaud quand il fait canicule dehors. Heureusement nous avons eu un orage chaque soir, ce qui a rafraîchit l appartement.Arrivee en autonomie, système de code sur la poignée.Place de parking privée plutôt étroite, nous avons préféré nous garer sur le parking public juste en face de la résidence (beaucoup de places libres même en août)Conclusion : Très bon logement (juste un peu chaud par forte chaleur)

Résidence Très calme

Le logement est très confortable, adapté pour les enfants. Très bien équipé et propre. Le seule bémols si qu il est en 3eme étage sans ascenseur et les commerces de proximité sont limités .

3 jours de beau temps, forte gelée le matin mais soleil et bonne chaleur le reste de la journée, hébergement proche d'Annecy ce qui ne gâche rien.
