Appartement très confortable,moderne,dans grand chalet, très bien décoré et équipé.Village au bord du lac. 3 chambres,espace pour 6 personnes à l'aise,grands balcons,vue sur la montagne et petite vue sur le lac. Annecy est une très jolie ville.Tres bon séjour.A refaire.

Très bon séjour, très bonnes prestations

l'appartement est très agréable pour 6 personnes. A 15 mn d’Annecy (en fonction de la circulation évidemment). Des randonnées à proximité. Un grand balcon pour manger dehors et un autre pour se reposer au soleil. L'équipement est complet. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Nous retenons cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours autour du lac.

Un hôte accessible et disponible à tout moment, nous avons passé un agréable séjour (1 semaine). L’appartement est spacieux et propre. Menthon saint Bernard et une ville calme, au bord du lac à proximité d’Annecy (environ 15 min de voiture). A refaire!

Schöne, angenehme Lage.

Es ist eine schöne große ruhige Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen. Die Sanitärs und Schlafzimmer waren auch sehr sauber, Küche, Wohnzimmer allerdings nicht ganz so. Aber das ist ja immer Ermessenssache. Ein zweiter Liegestuhl wäre außerdem schön gewesen. Die Buchung und alles weitere vor Ort war total easy und wir danken Jeremy herzlich für den unkomplizierten Kontakt. Mechthild und Thomas

Bon séjour, belle prestation. Mais, le ménage laisse à désirer. La vaisselle pas propre, difficile de faire une belle table avec des couverts et verres dépareillés. Si on met des tapis, nappes et coussins il faut qu ils soient propre sinon il faut aller au plus simple ou plus efficace. Je conseille quand même cette location, belle prestation,bien située et calme.

A lovely, spacious apartment in a beautiful area.

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. The views from the large balconies were lovely and the property was well equipt and modern. As keen cyclists we were spoilt for challenging climbs but there were also lovely easier rides around the lake for the less energetic.

A spacious and beautiful apartment with two large balconies, giving views of the lake and surroundings, in one of the nicest areas round the lake. Up the hill from the centre of Menthon St Bernard (and quiet), but easy access by car, or a 10 min walk. Plenty of things to see in the vicinity including the impressive chateau, and Talloires a few km away, as well boat trips round the lake stopping off at several places (incl. Annecy) from near the 'plage'. Also conveniently located for longer trips into the mountains. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated (but not cluttered), and well equipped (though the kettle could be a bit bigger!). Difficult to find a nicer place for your stay.

Appartement agréable et spacieux doté de deux terrasses avec vue sur le lac. Immeuble avec'un ascenseur qui nous a permis d'emmener une parente de 94 ans ! Environnement calme au sein d'un hameau esthétique. En revanche literie moyenne. Par ailleurs la suppression de la porte de la cuisine offrirai plus de luminosité pour le hall d'entrée et une meilleure accessibilité au frigidaire.

Concernant la literie, il s'avère que le sommier de la grande chambre avait été endommagé par le locataire précédent votre séjour, mais ce dernier ne m'avait malheureusement pas informé. Ayant moi même occupé le logement la semaine qui a suivi votre séjour, j'ai pu noter l'inconfort et compris que le problème venait du sommier et non des matelas qui sont tous récents et de bonne qualité. Le sommier de la grande chambre a été par conséquent changé. Au plaisir de vous revoir dans la région,

Wohnung, see und ort sind sehr schön. Wir haben es zwei wochen sehr genossen und kommen wieder.

Die wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt winderschön ruhig oberhalb des kleinen zentrums von menthon. Sie ist schön groß und hat zwei tolle überdachte balkone. Der see ist unglaublich klar und sauber, karibikfarben und perfekt zum baden. Man kann ihn sehr gut mit dem rad zmrunden.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel pour accueillir une famille. La décoration est soignée et faite avec goût. L'endroit est idéal pour profiter à la fois d'Annecy, sa vieille ville, et aller au ski comme nous l'avons fait en allant à la Clusaz qui se rejoint rapidement depuis l'appartement en 20-25 min. Nous reviendrons l'été pour profiter du Lac et des plages de Menthon.

Fantastic apartment in stunning location

We rented this apartment on a longer term basis when we moved from the UK to France. The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped and in a great location with stunning views down towards the lake. Amenities are a short walk down into menthon and the lake is a 15-20 minute walk. We really lovted this apartment. Jeremy, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful when we moved in and always responded quickly to any enquiries we had. Would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday break or a long term rent. Thanks Jeremy for everything!

Lovely apartment, good location

Stayed in 2013 and returning this summer. Is a lovely modern apartment in a good location, providing good access to villages around the lake. The apartment itself Is very clean and airy. Car park space provided and a place to store bikes is very handy. Balcony provides a good outdoor space to relax. Great bar and bakery at the bottom of the hill. Good vibe in Menthon. Jeremy and the local agent were very straightforward to deal with and provided good customer service.
