l'appartement etait inutilisable à notre arrivée

l'accès à l'appartement très compliqué, pas de rampe aux escaliers, escaliers exigus, propreté à revoir. dans l'appartement , les WC hors service, aucun système pour accrocher la pomme de douche, nettoyage de l'appartement non fait (gras sur la faïence de la cuisine, vitre de la douche très sale etc. ). Joints de la baignoire décollés. Mur de la cuisine non isolé, pan de mur enduit grossièrement, Taies oreillers et draps fripés limite propres. Nous n'avons donc pas pu utiliser cet appartement et avons dù partir à l'hôtel. Nous ne sommes pas d'accord sur le montant du remboursement, la taxe de séjour et le nettoyage de l'appartement n'étant pas inclus dans le montant alors que nous n'avons pas utilisé le logement
