We are a multigeneration family that enjoyed and used the pool, hot tub, theatre , pool table and fireside chats fully. The Host responded quickly and addressed the inquiries we had.Nature contributed to the ambience with the pinecones on the trees surrounding the property.We had a memorable time.

Our extended family, ranging in age from 9 to 81, absolutely loved this house. Plenty of space for everyone and loved having a dining table big enough for everyone to gather. The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room made this place feel like a private spa. We watched World Cup games and family photo shows on the big screen in the theater. Loved the old school arcade game and pool table too. The location is great, minutes from trails, restaurants, groceries, beaches, yet quiet and feels like you are in the woods with an incredible view over the mountains. Finally, communication with the host was so easy, responsive, and welcoming. Can’t say enough nice things about this house!

The house is in a good location. The grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool. The kitchen and large dining table are spacious and convenient. Plenty of beds.

Great place

Perfect place to stay if you have a big group. Not far from civilization and the views are incredible there. Had a great time with my friends grillin and chillin! The Movie theatre was perfect for our lazy sunday!

Awesome!!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the house was beautiful and clean! The kids enjoyed the theatre and the pool was perfect 10 out of 10 cant wait to stay here again next year!!

Great Trip!

Stayed at this lovely property over a long weekend with some friends from college and their kids. Plenty of room for everyone! Theatre is really great as is the arcade. Kitchen kept us all fed making most of our meals.

Amazing views over South Lake Tahoe

My group of friends and I had a great stay at Constantino's property. The house was very spacious with great amenities and a breathtaking view of the woods and mountains leading into South Lake Tahoe. Cabs were easy to coordinate into the downtown area and it only took 15-20 minutes. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Family Birthday celebration

We had 13 people ages 16 and up to 80! A wonderful place to stay with so much to offer with the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool table, piano, etc! Our host was very quick to respond with any question’s & requests! Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic home with many amenities

Our stay at the Chiapa Estate was great! The home was in a very quiet location and provided many amenities for our group to use. Adults and children loved the indoor pool and theater room. Kitchen was well stocked, and bedrooms were very comfortable. Our host communicated with us well, and was able to quickly resolve issues we ran into. I look forward to staying here again.

Great family get away spot

The property manager was quick at responding. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, cups and utensils. The kids really enjoyed the pool and theater room!

Great family vacation house

This was a perfect property for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for our 8 adults and 4 boys 6-10. The kids loved the indoor pool, although there were a few rough spots at the bottom so swim shoes suggested. The hot tub and theatre room were big hits as well. There’s so much to do in Lake Tahoe, but it was great to have relaxing down time at the house. Would definitely recommend for a fun group stay!

Best stay so far.

My family has been vacationing every winter for the past 15 years and this has been the best experience we’ve experienced so far. Excellent communication with the property manager. Has everything you need for a winter getaway. Highly recommended. Looking forward to it for next year as well.

Fabulous Rental

Our family of 14 people stayed at this house over the Thanksgiving weekend and everything was perfect and every way. The kitchen is just a wonderful gathering place and all of the family entertainment areas are inviting. We found everything and working order and very clean and everyone in the family had a lot of fun. Constantino is a great host.

Highly recommend this home for a multifamily stay! The swimming pool, hot tub, and movie room were definitely the highlights! Everything was clean and working, and there were plenty of utilities available. There isn’t shampoo or conditioner so I would recommend bringing that but everything else was covered. Multiple refrigerators, plenty of space to hang and plenty of eating areas. The host was very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We had little kids with us and a big thing for me was safety for the pool room and it was nice that they had a key that locked the room when we were not using it. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and in such a beautiful neighborhood! I would highly recommend.

Amazing house! Clean, well kept and everything worked perfectly! The pool warm, the jacuzzi perfect and the BBQ. The extra fridge in the kitchen was a help. My family enjoyed using the pool table and the theater room. Checking in & out easy and the management very helpful!
