Wonderful home in Tahoe. Great location - walkable to Whole Foods, several restaurants, and the marina. House was plenty of space for our group of 13, and we didn't use the bedroom with the bunk beds. Game room setup is excellent, with more living space upstairs too. The kitchen is very well stocked, everything you could need - loved the two dishwashers for a crowd this size.

We had our annual family trip with 15 people ranging in age from 22 to 64. The location was perfect with easy walking access to restaurants and shopping. The property seemed like new and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals for a large group. The layout of the house was also perfect with lots of space and plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation that included adults, teens, and toddlers. It’s gorgeous and in a convenient location. Chad, the host, is extremely responsive and kind. The house truly made our vacation one of the best!

This house is fantastic. It’s in a great location and has so much space to host a larger group. The host was so accommodating and communicative. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved it all! The downstairs was perfect for the kids with all of the arcade games and board games and pool!!

The house was beautiful with so much room for our large family. There was fresh flowers and a Christmas tree to our surprise and we were amazed at all the extra touches. The best place we have stayed so far!

Check in and place is new and immaculate. Bathrooms/ showers were great. A few people tried the hot tub and loved it. The host replied to all of my messages very quickly. It is a two story place. Originally we had 7 couples and 2 singles. There are two in suite bathrooms. The location is close to the lake and casinos. There r three restaurants close by with in a block. I don think they were open for breakfast. We were a senior group and walked to breakfast at Heidi’s. The game room supplied numerous games and the TV was about 100 inches. The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked w utensils, cooking equipment , and some spices, oils , etc. We cooked steaks and salmon on the grill. I brought my own thermometer but also found one in the drawer. Two dishwashers w detergent. Great oven and stovetop. There is a bedroom with 2 bunk rooms, which we didn’t need but would work for kids. Overall, this is a new and well furnished place in an excellent location. We would return again.

We had an excellent experience. Home is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Game room was perfect and overall accommodations were great. Walkable to water , cafes, etc. Would stay there again.The tubs were tricky to get in and out of only thing to look at to avoid any falls.

From start to finish this was an A experience. Communication with the host was easy and clear. The home and its amenities was quality and comfortable. The time spent with family was priceless. Location was excellent! Even though we ate all meals in there was a number of restaurants nearby to choose from and Heavenly Village was an easy 20 minute walk away. Would love to stay here again and again!

AMAZING OFFSITE LOCATION

stayed with coworkers for a retreat and loved it. the fact that all rooms were treated as masters was awesome. the ammenitites in the house made it perfect that you can host and it feels like you are at a home. it was a great stay and i would come back gladly!

Chad was such a great host! Communication was easy and he always responded promptly. The space was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. We were able to celebrate our cousin's recent engagement and enjoy the beautiful hikes around the lake. Photos absolutely do not do this place justice! The rooms were very clean and spacious and the game room was a hit. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed. The home is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Chad's hospitality continued even after checkout. He helped find my brother's sunglasses and shipped them back. I would definitely book this home for my family again! Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. The house was perfect for us. We really appreciated that the home was immaculate, and absolutely everything was supplied in the home that we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the game room downstairs was a lot of fun with the games supplied by the owner. The owner responded quickly to the few questions we had. The location is perfect being near a grocery store and CVS, restaurants, and just a few minutes from Heavenly Village and the casinos. The house is absolutely beautiful and if we every travel to South Lake Tahoe again, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

This property was amazing it accommodated 16 of us no problem with plenty of activities at the house and around downtown area of Southlake Tahoe. Instead of eating out we enjoyed cooking in this beautiful Gourmet kitchen with all the essentials to cook and serve our meals together
