This great apartment is located on the 5th floor with a 10sqm balcony and a magnificent view of the sea. Directly on the km-long, fantastic sandy beach with promenade of Cala Millor . It is modern furnished, and amenities include air conditioning, SAT-TV, Internet, washing machine, anti-insect nets and an elevator. The living area of 45 m² offers an open kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven and two ceramic hobs. A bright living/dining area with a beautiful sofa bed, as well as the bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. The modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower cabin and rain shower, as well as LED lighting effects.

Eco-Tasa (tourist tax) also payable on arrival.

The billing of the air conditioning is done directly on site, depending on the consumption € 0.35 per KwH.

Wi-Fi / Internet is included.

Please bring ID / Passport copies for police registration ( Eco-Tasa ).

Eco-Tasa (tourist tax): payable on arrival from November to April; < 16 years - per person 1€ + 10% IVA = 1.10€ per night, the first 8 nights, then 0.55€ per person per night.

Once again we had a lovely stay. Beach view, places to eat very close - ideal for those not able to walk far. Beach, promenade right outside apartment. Perhaps apartment needs a little refreshing and public area had no lights working so coming out of lift in complete darkness. Would definitely plan to visit again!

Just what we wanted!

We were delighted with our stay - apartment so clean and well furnished - beautiful views over the sea and a couple of minutes to the beach. The owners were very helpful and gave us such clear instructions on how things worked. Definitely plan to go back!

Fabulous!!!

Lovely comfortable, well equipped & extremely clean property with an amazing sea view. We had a fabulous stay there & we could hear the sea at night & in the morning, if the balcony & bedroom window was left open… wonderful!!! Could also take advantage of the sea breeze because the property had insect screens, so no problem to leave the windows open at night. Air conditioning too if needed. When the balcony door was closed it was super quiet at all times of the day & night. The apartment had everything we needed. The only thing missing was an extra two pillows for the bed & maybe the option of having a small microwave. The host Silvia was great! Shops for essentials very close by. Got fresh bread every morning. Not been to Cala Millor before but loved it. Hope to be able to come back one day & would not hesitate to book the apartment again🙏!

Schönes Appartement mit einem Super Ausblick auf das Meer.

Es war alles Super. Die Agentur, die sich um die Gäste kümmert ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre das man vielleicht einen Geschirrspülmaschine einbauen könnte.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wahnsinnigem Ausblick aufs Meer

Wir waren eine Woche in Cala Millor. Der Check-In hat super funktioniert, Frau Sausen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Größe für zwei Leute. Kleiner Punktabzug, wenn man vor hat dort viel zu kochen, ist die Küche etwas zu klein. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank! Wir waren in der Haupzsaison dort und das Hotel neben uns hatte ab ca. 21 Uhr abends immer Programm, das sehr laut war. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn man es abends ruhig haben möchte könnte das sehr stören.

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Strand! Rundherum sind kostenlose Parkplätze, so dass man auch sein Auto sehr gut abstellen kann und damit den Rest der Insel erkunden. Alles war sauber und schön dekoriert eingerichtet. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, man könnte lediglich ein großes Brett und ein paar scharfe Messer ergänzen. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt, würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen - der Meerblick vom Balkon ist das Highlight!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben in diesem Apartment einige Wochen verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung besticht durch den atemberaubenden Meerblick auf die Bucht von Cala Millor und den auch sehr großen Balkon mit Tisch, 4 Stühlen, Liege und Sonnenschirm. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man ebenfalls Meerblick und bei gekippten Fenster das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war jederzeit sehr schnell und freundlich, ebenfalls mit Frau Sausen, die für die Übergabe/Übernahme der Wohnung zuständig ist. Das hat alles hervorragend und pünktlich geklappt. Die Wohnung macht einen absolut neuwertigen Eindruck, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Es fehlt an nichts ! Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Trockentücher, Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, Staubsauger, sonstige Putzutensilien und eine Küche mit Herd, Ceranplatte, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Gläser, Teller, Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. etc. , viele Dinge noch unbenutzt ! Die Wohnung hat 2 an der Wand montierte Fernsehgeräte, schnelles kostenfreies WIFI, einen schönen Laminatboden, 2 x Klimaanlage (warm/kalt), begehbare Dusche und ist mit eindrucksvollen Bildern ausgestattet. Das alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen ! Auch die Lage des Apartments ist für uns ideal. Einige SPAR-Märkte direkt vor der Haustür, LIDL und MERCANDOR ca. 700 Meter entfernt. Fahrradverleih, Autovermietung, Apotheke und Restaurants auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man geht aus der Wohnanlage raus und ist sofort an der wunderschönen Promenade - sehr sehr schön ! Eine Busstation ist nur ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Rundum für uns perfekt und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen ! Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter und Frau Sausen für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt !!

Erholsame Tage in Cala Millor

Das Appartement ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber, sehr modern. Alles vorhanden, was wir zum täglichen Leben benötigen. Die Lage ist top, 50 m vom Strand entfernt. Aus dem 5. Stock hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und die Bucht von Cala Millor. Das Haus ist gepflegt und ruhig. Es liegt 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum. Der Empfang durch Frau Sausen war herzlich und wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Alles in allem, ein super Urlaub in einer tollen Atmosphäre!!!
