Eine sehr schöne Woche

Wir, eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und Hund, waren eine Woche im Haus. Die Ausstattung war für uns sehr gut. Wir hatten genug Platz durch die drei Schlafzimmer und die beiden Bädern. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Im Wohn/Essbereich mit der Küche befindet sich die Klimaanlage, so dass wir trotz der hohen Temperaturen ein gutes Klima dort hatten. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Kommunikation mit der Verantwortlichen lief gut und unkompliziert. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, so dass es dort sehr warm war. Und da sich Holz nicht so gut mit Wasser verträgt, gibt es in den Bädern ein zwei kleine Stellen, vor allem bei der Dusche, die bald nachgebessert werden müssten. Für uns war es insgesamt sehr schön und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Soggiorno fantastico e molto rilassante; casa nuova immersa nel verde dotata di tutte le comodità; bellissimo spazio esterno per mangiare all'aperto dotato anche di barbecue.

Logement ds caming désaffecté

Logement récent ds "domaine", ou plutôt camping désaffecté, sur les hauteurs de porticcio, où tt est minimaliste. Remise des clefs à en 2 min, le temps de demander le chèque pour la location des draps. Absence d'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie. Nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant (le sol nous laissait les pieds noirs le 1er j, le bac à douche avec des traces grises,.. ). Nous avons payé la location de draps et serviettes, que l'on s à laissé ds leurs emballages... Au locataire dc de faire sa lessive en arrivant. Le BBQ est un premier prix dt la grille était totalement encrassée (couches noires de graisses et toiles diverses) .. Et sans aucun ustensile pour la nettoyer, ni pour retourner la viande lors de sa cuisson. Nous avons prévenu la personne ayant remis les clefs, mais elle a répondu que c'était aux locataires de venir avec son matériel à bbq.. Bref, logement et services minimalist es, à l'image de l'annonce. Pi: pour aller à la plage à pieds, il faudra emprunter une route double sens sans trottoir, sur les hauteurs de porticcio.. 13min en courant peut être.. Si l'on n'est pas écrasé avant. Impossible avec des enfants.

. Location très sympa

Très agréable séjour, bien localisé et le calme est au RDV. Les équipements sont corrects et la location est très sympa. La terrasse et les 2 salles deau sont un vrai plus. Hote très serviables, je la remercie encore des petits services rendu. Je recommande.
