Welcome Home! Come relax and unwind during your summer beach retreat. Ease into your vacation and experience the tranquility of the long sandy beaches lining Saco Bay. Our renovated home offers many comforts and conveniences including two living rooms, an eat in family kitchen, five comfortable bedrooms, and two baths. After a fun day of beach activities, enjoy serene evenings listening to the waves on the large back deck, take a short walk into the village of Ocean Park for dinner and dessert, or head to Portland or Portsmouth for all those cities have to offer.
Weekly rentals run 2PM Saturday to 10AM Saturday.
Cottage on back lot owner occupied.

We have fortunately been able to rent this wonderful home for many years now. It is has always been a wonderful home to rent at this wonderful beach. We thank the owners for allowing us the opportunity to spend a great summer vacation at their home.The home is always clean, the beds are very comfortable, all the kitchen utensils you would need. All just steps from the beach.

Perfect Beach vacation

This home is perfect for a large family beach vacation. 5 large bedrooms with two bathrooms. Everything you need to enjoy meals with a large family. lots of good off street parking.

There was a fruit fly infestation…. The contraption that they had in kitchen didn’t seem to work well. Two of the bedrooms had door knobs fall out… one person was trapped in bedroom because door had swelled so much and door knob could not be pulled hard without falling on floor on both sides of door… host was readily available when a electrical breaker had tripped from using a blow dryer upstairs with ac going !

We are happy to share our home with vacationers, and take a lot of pride in presenting a clean and welcoming home to our guests. I don’t recall seeing fruit flies before or after your stay. Upon your departure, we used the home for the following two weeks. Infestation seems like an overstatement, but I can’t speak for your experience. In any older home, there are things that go wrong. I’m so sorry for your experience with the doorknob and any safety concern that undoubtedly raised for you. Since we had been in conversation during your stay, I only wish you had let us know directly so that we could have rectified the issues. Incidentally, the door knobs have since been repaired. I hope you enjoyed your vacation, and I’m glad you took advantage of an additional afternoon there. Thank you for your stellar job in cleaning the home on your departure. Enjoy the rest of the summer.

We had anothrr wonderful two weeks at this lovely home. The convenience to the beach and attractions is perfect. The home is extremely clean and well equipped and so comfortable to stay in. The owners are so lovely and accomodating. They even gave my grandsons boogie bosrds to use for their stay. Since we all fly in it was very much appreciated.

Another great week!

Our second time staying in this house, and it was just as great as the first time. Everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach, especially when the weather didn't cooperate. It has all the necessities to be comfortable and just relax!

We had a wonderful two weeks here. The home is very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The walk to the beach is very safe and close. Beautiful, clean beach and so convenient to everthing. I highly recommend this property, the owner is very easy to deal with and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Kinney Shores! Robb and Linda were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the house itself was spotless when we arrived. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The thoughtful touch of fresh flowers was such a warm surprise and made us feel right at home.The location couldn’t have been better! Just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean every day. Overall, this rental was perfect for our getaway, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed! Space, location and amenities!

We've stayed in several houses throughout the area, this was by far the best so far! It has a great setup with a lot of space & bedrooms, which nicely fit our group of 7. It is very clean, well taken care of and stocked for all the necessities. It is also perfectly located near the beach and Old Orchard/Ocean park. We will definitely stay here again!
