About this property

2 BR Apt at Kinney Shores w/ private beach access

Welcome to our apt at Kinney Shores. This oceanside apartment has 2 bedrooms and a recently remodeled kitchen. We are situated on the beachside of Seaside Avenue about 100 yards from the beach. The beach is accessed by a private raised boardwalk and sitting area that is great for an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee.

The space
My parents (Peter and Mary) have been renting this apartment for over 40 years to families vacationing at Kinney Shores. My wife (Jodi) and I (Ben) are now managing the rental for them. This property is part of a small neighborhood of 6 houses that all share a private boardwalk and beach. This is our first time on VRBO as our previous rental manager has retired. It sells out every year and our renters have always left happy and many of them come back every summer. We look forward to hosting you and continuing my parent's tradition of sharing the beautiful Kinney Shores beach.

For starters, my greatest anxiety about any vacation rental is the quality of bed and pillows. I can't speak for the twin beds, but the master had a great mattress and good pillow choices. Additionally, great beach access, 12-15 minutes from downtown food, coffee, etc.

Great house and location!

The property was just as described. Very clean and great location. Had much more than we weee expecting. Kitchen was well stocked and property had beach chairs, toys and a cooler. Hosts were very responsive and check in/ out was easy. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with this rental. It is just as described in write up. Very clean and everything you need is provided. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable and plush with high quality bedding. We will most definetly book again in warmer weather so that we can enjoy the cozy porch area as well as the beach! Rising early to watch the amazing sunrise is definetly worth it! I wish I could add a picture of the view!

Great beach location for small family

This rental was perfect for our family of four- our daughters were able to navigate to the beach and back independently, swingset was a plus, and the apartment is clean and tasteful. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location and Wonderful Property

We had a great stay with our two small kiddos. The beach was conveniently located. The apartment, while small, worked great for us. The screened in porch adds so much living space. The beds were comfy, and there were little touches like fresh flowers in every room!
