Die Wohnung überzeugt vor allem durch ihre zentrale Lage – sowohl die Altstadt als auch der Hafen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze stehen in der Nähe zur Verfügung (10 pro Tag). Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Wer eine einfache Unterkunft ohne besonderen Komfort sucht und hauptsächlich eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigt, dürfte hier zufrieden sein.
