About this property

Private entrance new studio

Open space modern studio attached to our house. Everything is brand new and features a shower with a toilet, a queen mattress bedroom, kitchenette ( stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils), dining space, a TV. Great views of the Salt Lake Valley.
The studio is just for yourself with everything you need. Quiet, safe, comfortable and private.
The entrance is private , the door is locked with a key. The neighborhood is very safe, middle class, quiet, clean and close to everything:
Salt Lake City Airport- 15 minutes
Downtown- 15 minutes
Closest grocery store - 3 minutes
Closest hospital- 6 minutes
Closest hiking trail - 5 minutes..
Please no smokers..
Pets are $25 one time fee per pet..

Check in flexible but check out is ALWAYS by 11am please!

Park on the right side of driveway or the street. Do not block garage, walk along the right of the garage and before you get to the end you will find the door (white) to the studio. Code is 1234.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours 10 pm - 7am. This is a middle class neighborhood. No illegal drugs. The cleaning fee for stay is $35, leave it clean or we charge you.
If you leave the place a mess, there will be a charge of $50/$100.

Basic, but very functional

The property and location served my purposes well. The bed was extremely comfortable. I could walk to the temple and to Holbrook Canyon. Ozzie was easy to communicate with before and at the time of arrival. The location is not close to a grocery store or other services, but with a vehicle, those are easily accessed.

What a Great Place

I wanted a quiet and safe neighborhood where I would feel safe walking my dog and plenty of places to do it. Ozzye met me out front after I texted my anticipated arrival. He made me feel very welcome. He was always available, friendly and helpful. I was comfortable in the studio and it was well equipped. I specially appreciated the coffee pot and coffee!! The bed was comfortable and the stay was excellent.

I would recommend this cute studio place. The bed was comfortable. There was a space heater so I could control the temp of the place. The place has a ceiling fan, which I actually used at the end of October. The kitchenette was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and I felt completely safe. The view from the front yard of the home was amazing. I was within 5 minutes of Natural Grocers. The only downside was...the studio is attached to someone's home. I went to bed at 8PM as I had an early morning the following day and I was still being awakened at 9:50PM by whatever was going on in the home. I kindly reached out to the owner and the house quieted. If I wasn't "that" person that likes to go to bed early, there wouldn't have been any issues.

I gave only 2 stars for location & property. Thru no fault I found it was to far away from my daughter in Ogden whom we were visiting every day during our stay. I also found the property sandwiched to close to adjoining houses. It did not provide enough privacy for me.

Ozzye is an outstanding host. Very accomodating and pleasant to work with. The studio was small but fit our needs perfectly. Very Comfortable bed in a quiet neighborhood. We will be staying again in our next visit to the Salt Lake area.

Good for a short stay

Inexpensive and it is a small studio. No couch with a bed only and nice tv. Has what you need for basic cooking and shower I was there for a very short stay so it worked fine for me but would get crowded with two for any extended stay

Quiet & Restful

I stopped through here on my way home from car camping up north with my pup. What a cute, clean, comfortable and quiet location. The neighborhood was great for walking. Got an amazing night’s rest in a super soft bed. Also, host was so kind and communicative. Thank you!!!
