Hallo, die Vermieterin -Margo- war super nett und immer erreichbar. Die Vorabinformationen von ihr waren perfekt. Das Haus ist riesengroß und sehr schön. In der Küche zum erstenmal alle notwendigen Kochutensilien gehabt. Einzig im Bad und Toilette im Untergeschoss ist es sehr kühl. Kommen gerne wieder. Anja und Freunde

Wir waren drei Parteien (Oma, Opa u. Schwester mit Mann) mit zwei Kindern Ende August 2025 für 7 Nächte im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet u. sehr sauber. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine u. den Wäschetrockner haben wir nicht benutzt. Dafür aber die Tischtennisplatte :-).Der Garten ist gepflegt u. auch dort konnte man auf der Terrasse entspannt sitzen.Die Lage zwischen Saalfelden u. Zell am See ist nicht unbedingt zentral, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind in knapp 10 Minuten in Saalfelden zu erreichen.Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Die Fahrten nach Berchdesgaden und Salzburg, zum Königssee und Obersalzberg dauerten jeweils knapp eine Stunde u. haben sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Zell am See war auch schön, für uns aber zu eng und zu touristisch. So auch Kaprun. Tatsächlich war am Königssee weniger los bzw. verlief es sich dort besser.Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, an den wir uns gerne zurückdenken werden. Der schriftliche Kontakt zur Vermieter-Familie war sehr nett und freundlich informativ. Vielen Dank dafür!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großen Räumen und einer guten Ausstattung (Geschirr, Möbel, Tischtennisplatte, etc.), sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir viele Informationen zu Ort, Einkaufsoptionen usw. erhalten. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war prima. Das Foto und die Bezeichnung "Traumlage" hatte allerdings andere Erwartung bei uns geweckt und wir fanden dann ein Haus vor, das mitten in einer Reihensiedlung liegt. In Summe aber ein sehr schönes Haus und zu empfehlen.

Uitermate geschikt huis voor ons gezelschap! 1 gezin op de bovenverdieping, 1 gezin op de kelderverdieping, grootouders in de grootste slaapkamer boven.De kelderverdieping was wel minder luxueus door het gebrek aan grote ramen en een piepkleine douchekamer.

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen, davon 3 Kinder. Das Haus ist sehr groß, jeder hatte genügend Platz. Der Garten war ausreichend groß so das man Federball spielen konnte. Von der Ausstattung her war alles da, was man so braucht... Rundum war das Haus sehr schön und die Aussicht auf die Berge war ein Traum.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Umgebung

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der Landhausstil hat uns sehr zugesagt. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle. Einizig unser Bett mit einem etwas wackeligen Lattenrost hat für einen kurzen Absturz gesorgt. Hier müsste man den Lattenrost vielleicht irgendwie noch fixieren. Die Küche und die Bäder waren gut ausgestattet und ein großer Garten sorgte für lauschige Abende, an denen auch die Kinder toben konnten und Tischtennis spielen konnten. Wir haben wunderschöne Ausflüge machen können, die allerdings mit ein bisschen Fahrzeit verbunden waren. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Auf dem Land ist halt nicht alles in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Goede uitvalbasis voor grote groep

We verbleven er in de nieuwjaarsweek 2023 op 24 met een groep van 4 koppels en 4 tieners. Het huis vormde de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor onze skidagen in Viehofen, Fieberbrunn, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Kaprun/kitzsteinhorn, Zell am see en Dienten. Deze locaties zijn aan te rijden in 10-25min vanuit Bsuch. De woning zelf is rustig gelegen in een deelgemeente van Saalfelden op zo een 2 a 3-tal km van het 'stad'centrum, welke beschikt over een aantal grote supermarkten en alle noodzakelijke winkels. De woning biedt parkeerplaats aan 1 wagen in de garage en 4 stuks op de oprit. Rondom de woning is er voldoende tuinzone voor een gezellige BBQ of tafeltennistornooi. De woning zelf is ruim uitgerust en beschikt over alle benodigdheden om er een fijn en zorgeloos verblijf van te maken. Alleen jammer dat de vorige huurders een groot deel van het servies vuil in de kasten had gedeponeerd en dit niet was opgemerkt door de kuisploeg. Door de ligging is er haast geen verkeer/drukte in de buurt waardoor het zeer rustig toeven is. In de straat wonen zowel locals als toeristen. Het inchecken verliep vlot na de duidelijke instructies en goede afspraken met de eigenaar. De eigenaars zijn zeer behulpzaam. Zo wisten zij ons een aantal leuke en goede restaurants aan te bevelen en kregen we ook tijdens ons verblijf nog een tip. Kortom, beschik je als groter gezin of groep over één of meerdere wagens én ben je graag uit de traditionele drukte van een skidorp dan is dit de perfecte plek voor jou!
